Below we have tried to answer the most common questions that we have received. It is broken into 2 sections. One for questions that pertain to the banner programs and the other side regarding the merch and other products that we offer on this site. They may be similar, but we do want to ensure that you are looking at the correct information.
Banner Program Support
Orders and Shipping
Production takes about 2 weeks, and then shipping by Canada Post is anywhere between 3-8 days.
Complete the form found on the Start a Program page and we will set you up with a Program Manager account.
Send an email with any detail changes to email@example.com.
When we ship your banners, an email will be sent with tracking information and a link to see where they are.
No we do not. When we send invoices, there is a link to pay online. This system does not store your information, just captures enough data to pay the invoice.
We do unless you are tax exempt. All we ask is you tell us in advance and provide the information needed so that we can stay compliant with tax laws.
We do try to bulk ship to say costs. Our packaging keeps the banners safe in their travels and we package them to ensure this.

Returns and Exchanges
Need a different size, a different design, exchange, store credit or a refund? Not a problem.
We like to make your experience as easy AND as enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. We accept items for exchange, refund or store credit within 60 days of the original order date as long as the product is in new condition. Does not apply to full custom products.

The unfortunate thing in life is that we do not control the shipping process. If you package arrives damage, please contact us and Canada Post. We will do our best to help get you order to you in good shape.

Email up as soon as possible with you order number and the new address. After 72 hours though, we cannot guaruntee if the change was caught.
Send us an email within 72 hours if you need to change sizing, colour or if you want to do a full cancellation. After 72 hours, most products are in the production queue.
The majority of our items are Print on Demand or custom made as orders come in so having sold outs will be rare. For those few items that we might bring in, we will look to see about pre-order feature.
