About The Memorial Banner Program
2014. Year One.
The Harriston Legion Branch 296 started the “Salute a Veteran” memorial banner campaign that year. These banners honour past and present Canadian Forces members with personalized commemorative banners hung on light standards on the town’s main street during the period around Remembrance Day.
They needed someone who was capable of producing a high quality product, but needed the price to be reasonable as families sponsored the banners. Being a local promotional and marketing products company, and very supporting of the Canadian Military and our Veterans, we were happy to take on this project.
Along with being a Canadian Forces Veteran, the connection was almost too easy.
Looking into the program, we found that there was a gap in the Veteran Banner Program that we could fill. Having extensive business and military experience, and capable of shipping anywhere North America, we decided to dedicate our services to anyone across Canada who could use it to help get started.
After a decade of working with programs, we are still finding ways to improve and offer better services. Every year we approach the memorial banner programs with the same intensity and enjoyment as we did the first year we started. We plan to keep working with programs for a very long time.

This is Chris, a long, long, long time ago when he was younger and served.
We rely on him to work with the various programs to make certain that they receive what they need to get started and have a successful banner program.
A bit older, bigger, and surprisingly still has hair, Chris is the main POC for us and programs. He has the experience and understanding to make everything work.
